ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Island Style orders are usually despatched via Australia Post. It may take 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Bedding takes longer to be despatched - usually no more than a week.
Deliveries may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. I will let you know if this is the case. Island Style orders are only despatched Monday to Friday. I always attempt to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond my control that delay the order.
Island Style accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard (through my secure gateway company) and also by direct deposit, telegraphic transfer or Australian Postal Order, if prior arrangements are made with me. I cannot accept COD or cheques.
CONDITIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as I do not give refunds or exchange simply because you changed your mind. However, if the item purchased is faulty please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org
Where a refund or exchange is agreed to by me it will only be processed once the faulty product, or item to be exchanged, has been returned to me, in it's original packaging and same condition in which it was sent. Please allow a reasonable time for your item to be returned and a replacement sent to you.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
Should you change your mind about an order before it is despatched a cancellation fee of 10% of the order, or a maximum of $50, will apply. This is to cover charges to me on the completed transaction by the gateway company and the bank.
