ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
 
Island Style orders are usually despatched via Australia Post.  It may take 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement.  Bedding takes longer to be despatched - usually no more than a week.

Deliveries may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. Where there has been an unexpectedly high volume of sales it may take several weeks to restock.  I will let you know if this is the case.  Island Style orders are only despatched Monday to Friday.  I always attempt to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond my control that delay the order.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload.
 
PAYMENT METHODS
 
Island Style accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard and also by direct deposit, telegraphic transfer or Australian Postal Order, if prior arrangements are made with me.  I cannot accept COD or cheques.
 
CONDITIONS
 
You will need to give order details as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, exchange or credit.  You can choose between refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do.

If the item purchased is faulty please contact me on info@islandstyle.net.au. Please allow 14-30 days for your item to be returned to me and a replacement sent to you.
 
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
 
Please choose carefully as I do not give refunds or exchange simply because you changed your mind, only as above, in conditions.

Where a refund or exchange is agreed to by me it will only be processed once the faulty product has been returned to me, in good condition.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement.  This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
 
CREDITS
 
Island Style will only approve a credit within 21 days from receipt of goods which satisfy the above conditions.  The credit must be used by the customer within 3 months of being approved by me.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to Island Style

After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order, or a maximum of $50, will apply.  If delivery has been made the customer must return the product, at their expense.  The refund will be made upon my receiving the return product, in it's original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.
